ICFGF awarded Gold Award as part of Highland Employer Charter

The Highland Employer Charter is a Highland Council initiative aimed at creating a collaborative workforce development strategy with local employers. Launched through the My Highland Future project, its goal is to encourage businesses to champion good practices, become employers of choice, and partner with the Council to build a robust regional workforce. The charter was developed through roundtable discussions with employers and is designed to foster shared ambition for workforce growth in the Highlands.
